By accessing or using CHAOS-AI("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
CHAOS-AI is a local-first, provider-agnostic multi-agent AI orchestration system for developers. The Service includes the CLI tool, web dashboard, API access, and related documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the rights of others; distribute malicious software; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
You retain all rights to your code and data. The Service processes your content locally and does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. The CHAOS-AI brand, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of CHAOS-AI.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. CHAOS-AI is designed with a local-first architecture — your source code and context data remain on your machine by default.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAOS-AI and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at hello@chaos-ai.dev or visit our contact page.
